My old buddy, Chaplin, use to do that every time a cat came in the yard. It's a weird sound at 3 in the morning, too.
Mowser gets all freaked out when we play this video and he is in the room. Ward enjoys tormenting the cat...
I've seen one like this before. Makes the same sounds.
